Informed Families (IF) is a free, impartial advice and signposting service provided by Enfield Council’s School and Early Years’ Improvement Service which provides family information and support to families with children and young people aged 0–25 across the borough.

Family Information Directory - Find registered childcare providers in Enfield, including childminders, nurseries, pre-schools, before/after school clubs, and holiday schemes.
Childcare Brokerage Support - Need help finding childcare that suits your family’s needs? Informed Families offer personalised support to guide your search.
Information on government-funded childcare entitlements:
• Under 1s: Up to 30 hours for eligible working families with children aged 9–23 months
• Terrific Twos: 15 hours for eligible families in receipt of certain benefits with 2-year-olds
• 2-Year-Olds: Up to 30 hours for eligible working families
• 3 & 4-Year-Olds: 15 hours for all families - Up to 30 hours for eligible working families
