Lunchtime Playleader Apply by: 9am,Monday 15 April 2024 Interviews: Thursday 18 April 2024 Hours: 10.25 hours per week, 38 weeks per annum Salary Range: Scale 2 (actual salary £6,261 - £6,355) Contract Term: Permanent Job Start: As soon as possible Grange Park Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic member of staff to work as a lunchtime playleader. The applicant should enjoy working as part of a dedicated team. We are looking for a reliable, thorough, conscientious and enthusiastic team player, who takes pride in their work and shows a commitment to provide a high standard of service. The role includes indoor and outdoor supervision of children in all weathers, as well as the facilitation of play at lunchtimes. The daily working hours are: Lunchtime: 2 hours between 11.30am - 1.45pm, (5 days a week) depending on staffing requirements with an additional 15 minute weekly meeting. There is also an option to work in our Extend Holiday club (Hours 8.30am - 6.00pm). This is our internal holiday club which is mainly for our children and is held during each school holiday at Grange Park Primary school. There are weekly themes and activities. Grange Park Primary School is rated as ‘good’ by Ofsted. Our school is set in the heart of Winchmore Hill, has been recently refurbished and has extensive grounds, which include a large playing field, four playgrounds, an allotment area and a fire pit. Children are happy and enjoy school, parents support the school and their children, and staff are friendly and hardworking.
