We are currently recruiting for a receptionist /administrator to cover ad hoc Saturdays at our busy estate agents in Winchmore Hill. Leading to the possibility of more hours during holidays and busy periods. Key Responsibilities - Answering phones, responding to email enquiries and dealing with walk-in customers face to face. Co-ordinating viewings with vendors and applicants. Managing diaries and general admin duties. Key Skills Required - The successful candidate will have a positive and flexible attitude, be able to multi-task and have excellent customer service, interpersonal and organisational skills. Salary - Competitive
