We are currently seeking a People Business Partner to join our team at North London Hospice. The People Department plays a vital role in supporting our staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional palliative and end-of-life care by recruiting, retaining, and investing in them to be their best. This role will work collaboratively with executive directors and managers to deliver impactful people strategies that drive performance and support the hospice’s ambition to move from being a ‘good’ to a ‘great’ employer.
